Glass fiber insulation textiles made of silica and aluminum oxides. Extremely resistant to high work temperatures, mechanically resistant, chemically stable, waterproof (from both oils and water), electrically and acoustically insulating. These textiles are also inorganic, incombustible, rotproof and resistant to mushrooms and bacteria.
The glass fiber’s diameter (between six and nine micron) provides this type of textiles with great elasticity and resistance to vibrations and abrasion.
