Insulating, ready-to-use cements and plasters usable at high temperatures (up to 1600°C). These materials are mainly used for sealing cracks and holes in the refractory covers but they can also be used as a plaster creating an insulating layer resistant to flames and smoke abrasions.
For the installation of the product are used air compression guns, which allow the plasters to be spread easily and quickly on large surfaces (up to a thickness of 4-5mm). These cements are very adhesive and they are able to bind together even fibrous surfaces, therefore they can be used to enhance the mechanical resistance and the resistance to fire and smoke abrasions of the materials.
The AL 1600 version can resist to direct contact to flames (flame snout).
