In this way it is possible, through explanatory reports, to document the status of the system by identifying all the anomalies. Maintenance operations can thus be targeted and even more efficient.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why perform a thermographic survey?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helps focus on precise intervention points by reducing the time required for preventive\/predictive maintenance<\/li>\n<li>It manages, with a low cost, to prevent very expensive breakdowns and downtime, providing documentation of the state of an object or a machine.<\/li>\n<li>Improves operational safety with reduced risk also for personnel<\/li>\n<li>Reduces the amount and severity of failures<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates the potential residual life and extends the average life of the plant\/machine<\/li>\n<li>Improve the design and performance of the plant\/machine<\/li>\n<li>It helps during repairs, limiting the costs of renovations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is advisable to perform a thermographic survey 1\/2 months before the injection stop\/activity, in order to obtain the exact number of Hot Spots that needs an intervention.
